PIGMENT NÉON

Add a touch of pizzazz to your poses/nailart. With Neon Pigments, the possibilities are endless! Gradients, Neon effect, Smoke effect, .... anything is possible!

APPLICATION PROTOCOL

Neon pigments are applied to a semi-catalyzed surface (3 to 5 seconds under a Nox lamp).
Using the Fan Brush, a double foam tip or a simple brush, apply the pigments to the desired area, pressing lightly.
Remove excess with the Fan Brush, then finish catalyzing.
Apply one or two coats of your usual finish
